Cox’s at Spencers Farm

The Cox family welcome you to our family friendly Coxs at Spencers Farm Shop & Carters Café, nestled in the picturesque village of Wickham St. Pauls, halfway between Sudbury and Halstead. We have an outside children’s play area, fully enclosed for children to run free and play, with picnic benches for you to enjoy a drink. At the end of the play area there are goats with the famous goat bridge, which children enjoy watching them cross, or why not have a go at our mini crazy golf course, new holes added throughout the season.

With over 30 years’ experience in fresh produce we offer high quality food, gifts and homeware from the local area. We source a large portion of our produce locally, from nearby businesses and farms, offering great fresh quality. We quality check all of our products to ensure they meet our high standards before selling them to you. We also offer a selection of popular household product lines, to help you keep updated with the essentials.

We showcase the very best local producers, Coxs at Spencers has an abundance of choice if you’re looking for something delicious from fresh fruit and veg to delicious homemade cakes and quiches.

Family Events

Throughout the year we have events for all the family, from Easter Egg trail, Pumpkin picking, our onsite crazy golf course that we add holes to every month, and Xmas trees.

Cafe / Private Hire

Carter’s Café offers a wide variety of freshly home cooked food, including our famous cooked breakfast, light lunches and afternoon tea’s. Drop in for a coffee and cake.

Pick Your Own

Throughout the year the Spencer family’s onsite farm offers ‘pick your own’ Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, cherries, loganberries, red currants and black currants.

We have a selection of contemporary & vintage garden furniture and home accessories. Ideal inspiration for homeware or gifts for loved ones.
